Dr. Rick Hoover
Dr. Rick Hoover is based in Gautier, MS and has been in practice for almost 25 years. He received his Medical Degree from Nova Southeastern University College in 1994. He is deeply integrated with the community and is often part of group efforts such as soup kitchens or overnight housing for the homeless. Currently, he is affiliated with Singing River Hospital and Merit Health Biloxi for treatment of opiate addition. He specializes in medication-assisted treatment of opiate addiction using SUBOXONE® (buprenorphine and naloxone) and is certified to write this class of medicine.
A caring and committed counselor, Celena was born and raised in south Mississippi and is deeply involved with the community. Her strength lies in her ability to keep an open mind and help patients based on their individual needs. As she says, “Everyone has a story. Let’s start a new and better chapter.” Her support plays an important part in our patients’ ability to maintain permanent sobriety. She has a degree in Human Services from the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
